This information only applies to those whose visa application to Korea has been successfully approved and who have a VIN number received directly or from a recruiter.
Once the VIN number is issued, you must submit it to the local Korean consulate (your place of residence) to receive a physical visa. Please contact us in advance to prepare your VIN number.
It may be difficult to contact the consulate by phone, so please contact them through various methods such as email and phone. Do not give up, as you may not be able to contact them for more than a day or two.
After receiving the VIN number, you must submit the fee and documents to the consulate once again.
Please remember to contact the Korean consulate nearest to your residence directly for all document steps and receive accurate and up-to-date information.

For U.K. Citizens, starting from January 17, 2022, The Government of the Republic of Korea opened the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) in London, operated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), to manage the Korean visa applications submitted by the UK nationals to apply for a visa in South Korea.
