WHOEVER, When you are visiting and renewing your ARC, you must request the Apostille copy of your Degree and Criminal Record that you applied for previously. Don't think you don't need it, be sure to bring it back.
This is documentation that must be resubmitted when registering, it is essential to submit it whenever your place of employment changes. While some officials may state this document is possible to skip, do not make that judgement yourself.

The Immigration Office is always busy.

출입국 사무소는 항상 바쁩니다.

This is a provisional appointment, and it can be changed by the school or by yourself if needed. You can modify the appointment using your ARC number and the last four digits of your birth date. Please discuss any schedule changes with your employer before making adjustments on your own.

예약은 임시이며 필요 시 학교 또는 본인이 변경할 수 있습니다. ARC 카드 번호와 생년월일 마지막 네 자리를 이용해 변경 가능하며 반드시 고용주와 상의 후 조정하세요.

If so, your school employer or manager will visit with you, or instruct you to go yourself. Some appointments are made in advance, others require waiting on the day without an appointment.

If your ARC card expires before your appointment, notify us immediately. Never pass the date written on the back of your ARC. If your appointment is after the expiration, you MUST visit before expiry and request renewal.

만약 ARC 카드 만료일 이전에 예약이 없다면 반드시 사전에 알려주십시오. ARC 뒷면 만료일을 절대 넘기면 안됩니다. 만료 이후 예약일 경우 만료 전에 꼭 방문 및 갱신 신청해야 합니다.

Arrival & Fees

Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your booking, buy a revenue stamp (cash only), and prepare documents. Fees may change.
